Prayer that works

(Prayer that works)

Pet:5-7  Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you

Rev:5-8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. Did you know your prayers send a pleasant aroma before God

Ps:133Love your neighbor as yourself

2 Corth,1-20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. Tonight we're talking about a prayer that work  How do we know our prayers are being heard.

1Jn:5,14-15 This is the confidence we have in him, for we have need of patients: Heb:10-36 after we have done the will of God...

Jn:9-31 For we know God heareth not sinners, but if any man be a worshipper of him and doeth his will him he heareth

Is:59,1-2 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

Many of our prayers go a mist because our faith is not in God but in man most of the time. You can't feel faith neither is faith emotional, faith is acting on the word of God you believe. Abram acted on the word of God he believed.

People believe more in what their pastor say than the word, if what your pastor say is in agreement with the word all is well, if not go with the word

Ja:4,8-10  Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.

10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

When you walk by faith you speak the word, don't doubt, believe you receive and move on in Jesus name. Your knowledge of the word let's you know it's already done. Mk:11,224

Rom:10,13-17, Faith cometh by hearing the word of God
We as saints of God are more powerful than the devil, you are the anointed of the Lord and the devil is defeated.

To the believer the devil have no authority over us. Ps:119-98 David said the keeping of the commandments make me wiser than my enemies. 1Corth:6-17 He that is joined to the Lord is one spirit. Are you baptized into Christ if  so you have put on Christ. Gal:3-27. Moses: the keeping of the commandments is your wisdom. Deut;3-6

Col:2-15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Some might say, why is the devil deceiving with such ease. One reason is we give the devil place and the word say don't do that he is a deceiver and God's not done with him yet, his time has not come to lock him up. At this present moment, he is as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. He is out to kill steal and destroy (Jn:10-10) whoever he can.

when he came out of the water. The spirit descended upon him like a dove. Lk:3-22

Jn:6-9 Five loafs and two fishes
You and I were anointed for ministry as well when we came out of the water. Acts:1-8

Is:10-27  And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.

Is:11,1-5, And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:

2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;

3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

All of these attributes come into action as you start speaking and acting on the word of God. That is called walking by faith.
